Helper852 ("we", "our", "us") operates https://helper852.com, providing household management, daily scheduling, and statutory domestic helper payroll tools for Hong Kong households.

本應用程式的目的（中英文說明）：

• 協助香港僱主管理外傭的日常家務安排、買餘清單及日程。
• 自動計算及追蹤法定假期、年假及病假記錄。
• 生成符合《僱傭條例》及 ID407 標準合約的雙語出糧收據。
• 管理外傭合約、貸款及離職結算記錄。

Purpose of the app (English):

• Help Hong Kong employers manage their domestic helper's daily chores, grocery lists, and schedules.
• Automatically calculate and track statutory holidays, annual leave, and sick leave records.
• Generate bilingual payslips compliant with the Employment Ordinance and ID407 standard contract.
• Manage helper contracts, loans, and end-of-employment settlement records.

帳戶資料 / Account Information

當你使用 Google OAuth 登入時，我們會收集 Google 提供的姓名、電郵地址及頭像。

When you sign in with Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google.

家庭與僱傭記錄 / Household & Employment Records

由僱主輸入的外傭姓名、基本薪資數字、假期記錄及日常工作安排。

Helper names, basic salary figures, leave records, and daily task schedules input by the employer.

Google 資料存取範圍 / Google Data Access Scope

我們不會存取你的 Google 聯絡人、Google Drive 檔案，或任何超出基本個人資料及電郵的敏感權限範圍。

We do NOT access your Google contacts, Google Drive files, or any sensitive scopes beyond basic profile and email.

你的 Google 帳戶資料僅用於以下目的：

• 驗證你的身份並建立你的家庭帳戶。
• 發送必要的交易通知（例如每月出糧提醒）。

Your Google account information is strictly used to authenticate your identity, create your household profile, and send essential transactional notifications (such as monthly payroll reminders).

我們不會出售、出租或將你的個人資料或 Google 用戶資料交易給第三方或廣告網絡。

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Google user data to third parties or advertising networks.

我們不會使用 Google 用戶資料進行 AI 訓練或生成未經同意的內容。

We do not use Google user data for AI training or generating non-consensual content.

用戶可隨時透過以下方式要求刪除帳戶及所有相關的家庭／出糧記錄：

• 電郵至support@helper852.com；或
• 在「設定」中點擊「刪除我的帳戶」。

Users may request deletion of their account and all associated household/payroll records at any time by emailingsupport@helper852.comor clicking "Delete my account" in Settings.

收到要求後，所有已儲存的資料將在 30 天內永久清除。

Upon request, all stored data is permanently purged within 30 days.

所有資料均以加密方式儲存及傳輸。僅你本人及你授權的外傭（透過專屬連結）可存取相關資料。

All data is encrypted in storage and in transit. Only you and helpers you authorize (via the share link) can access the relevant data.

除法律要求或為提供服務所必需的支付處理商（Stripe）外，我們不會與第三方共享你的資料。我們不會將資料分享給廣告網絡。

Except where required by law or for payment processors (Stripe) necessary to provide the service, we do not share your data with third parties. We do not share data with advertising networks.

依據《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章），你有權查閱、更正及刪除你的個人資料。你可隨時在設定中匯出或刪除你的資料。

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can export or delete your data anytime in Settings.
